Mikron Fabric Covered Snap Button Cap is developed as the cap component of 54 snap button systems. A standard 54 snap system consists of four parts: Cap, Socket, Stud, and Post. This product represents the visible upper part of the system and plays a key role in the overall appearance of the snap button.
The cap component is assembled by pressing it together with a compatible 54 system socket. The fabric covered surface allows the snap button to blend seamlessly with the garment fabric, creating a decorative and cohesive look. This makes the product especially suitable for design-focused and premium garment applications.
The product is available exclusively with the B5 brass base system. The brass structure ensures durability, dimensional stability, and long-term performance.
Fabric covering processes and pressing operations can be carried out using Mikron machines and dedicated Mikron molds, ensuring smooth fabric application, accurate form, and repeatable quality suitable for mass production.
