This product consists of three components:
After the cover is fabric covered, it is assembled onto the cap through the base using the D-2 size pin. Once assembled, the fabric covered cap button is formed at the top of the cap.
Products are manufactured according to Mikron quality standards, ensuring dimensional consistency and secure assembly in mass production. Fabric covering and assembly operations can be carried out using Mikron machines and dedicated Mikron molds, providing smooth covering, correct form, and repeatable quality.
